We’ll clarify what you want to address, explore what may be getting in the way, consider possibilities, and identify practical next steps. Some sessions may also include a CCS tool or exercise.

CCS tools are practical exercises and frameworks designed to help turn thoughts into clarity and clarity into action.

They aren’t tests and there are no right or wrong answers. We’ll use them when they can help you better understand yourself, your situation, or your next step.

Yes, everything we discuss during coaching sessions is kept confidential. Your trust is incredibly important to me, and I provide a safe and private space for you to share openly.

There are a few exceptions to confidentiality that I am legally and ethically bound to uphold:

• If you disclose that you are planning to harm yourself or others, I am required to take steps to ensure safety, which may include notifying appropriate authorities or seeking additional support for you.
• If you share information about abuse or neglect involving a minor, an elderly person, or a vulnerable adult, I am required to report this to the appropriate authorities.

These situations are rare, and my primary goal is always to support you while ensuring safety for everyone involved. If you have any concerns about confidentiality, feel free to ask—I’d be happy to clarify.

All you need is a reliable internet connection and a private place where you can talk openly.
