I believe people were created to live with purpose, grow with intention, and experience the kind of life that comes from becoming who God has called them to be. But I also know that life doesn’t always make it easy.

There are seasons when we feel stuck. Leadership becomes heavy. Relationships become complicated. A decision that once seemed simple suddenly feels overwhelming. Sometimes we know something needs to change, but we aren’t sure what that change should be—or how to take the next step.

Much of my life and career has been spent helping people navigate those places.

My professional journey has taken me through business leadership, ministry, human resources, organizational development, and coaching. I hold a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy University and a Master of Divinity from Liberty University. Those two areas of study reflect a combination that has shaped much of my work: understanding people and organizations while viewing life, purpose, and leadership through the lens of Christian faith.

Over the years, I have served as a pastor, led teams in corporate environments, worked with leaders and employees through difficult organizational challenges, and helped ministry leaders navigate the unique pressures that come with caring for others. Today, I serve as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Global Outreach International, supporting an organization that serves missionaries and ministries around the world.

Through all of those experiences, one theme has remained remarkably consistent: I love helping people move forward.

Christian Care Solutions grew from the conviction that people sometimes need more than advice. They need a trusted place to think, talk, pray, process, and determine what comes next.

You may be facing a major decision. You may be trying to become a stronger leader, establish healthier boundaries, clarify your priorities, navigate a transition, reconnect with your sense of purpose, or simply figure out why you feel stuck.

You don't necessarily need someone to hand you the answers.

Sometimes you need someone who will listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, help you see what you may be missing, and walk alongside you as you identify practical next steps.

That is what I want Christian Care Solutions to provide.

My approach brings together Christian faith, practical coaching, leadership development, and more than two decades of experience working with people and organizations. Faith is not an add-on to the process. I believe biblical truth provides an essential foundation for understanding who we are, how we relate to others, and how we pursue lives of meaning and purpose.

At the same time, coaching should be practical. Insight matters, but insight should eventually lead somewhere.

The goal isn't simply to have a good conversation. The goal is meaningful movement.

That might mean gaining clarity about an important decision. It might mean developing a healthier rhythm of life, strengthening your leadership, navigating a difficult season, setting boundaries, identifying what needs to change, or finally taking action on something you've been thinking about for months.

Whatever brings you here, my hope is that our work together helps you leave with greater clarity, confidence, and direction.

If there is one idea that connects the different chapters of my life, it is this: I want to help people thrive—spiritually, personally, and professionally.

I have seen what can happen when someone has the opportunity to slow down, think clearly, reconnect with what matters, and begin moving forward with purpose.

I won't pretend to have every answer, and I don't believe effective coaching requires me to. Instead, I bring experience, thoughtful questions, practical tools, honest conversation, and a Christian worldview to the table. Together, we work toward greater clarity about where you are, where you believe God is leading you, and what faithful next steps might look like.

Because sometimes the difference between staying stuck and moving forward begins with one good conversation.
